All Scripture is God-breathed,
inspired by the Spirit of Christ.
1 Peter 1:10-11, 2 Tim. 3:16-17

The Bible’s 66 Books tell of God setting Man free from his rebellion and his bondage to Death, into Fullness of Life through Christ Alone.

You may wonder, “What do the Skulls and Stars represent?”. To answer that, we first need to see that Jesus Christ’s death on the Cross is the only way Mankind can be Saved from the Darkness of Eternal Separation from God (Spiritual Death). God’s Presence is represented by the Gold area, while the Black area represents what we all face apart from what Jesus did in dying for us on the Cross.

The Skulls represent the death Mankind faces not only in a physical (bodily) sense, but also in our Human Spirit, which is already Separated from (Dead to) God, seen in our default way of living life, by either rejecting God, or by saying we believe we need his help, but acting in ways that we really do not trust God.

And the Stars represent the New Life that we enter into, if we truly desire his help and receive the gift of Eternal Life that He offers us through what Jesus Christ, the “God-Man” did. He died both in his human spirit and body, and was buried and resurrected in our place.

Here are some truths from the Bible that speak of these things:
– God wants to be a part of our life: Prov3:5-6, Prov14:12, Rom7:9
– Jesus’ Sacrificial Death Reconciles us to God: Isa.53:5-6, 2 Cor.5:19a
– Thus, Eternal Life is now Available to us: John 17:3, Heb. 9:27-28a

In view of all of this, to bridge the gap of separation between ourselves and God, if we believe Jesus was crucified, buried and resurrected to bridge that gap, then God promises to share His Eternal Life with us.

By trusting in this promise from God, our destiny is changed from Eternal Separation from Him, to Eternal Life with Him, forever. (John3:16-17,Rom10:8-11)
On the other hand, if everything said above seems utter foolishness, then know that you are in a dark and desperate place. We all inherit a Human Nature from the first Man (Adam) who pursued "The Knowledge of Good and Evil", despite God warning him that doing so would result in Death. (Genesis 2:16-17)

Thus, at physical birth we inherit a Heart that defaults to rejecting what God desires. And since God's written Word is like God's spoken word which Adam rejected, we inherit his "deadness" to God's Word.

The only remedy to this situation is to humble ourselves and open our hearts and minds to what God has to say. Jesus says we must be Born Again. This is a rebirth of our Human Spirit by God's Spirit, which causes our Heart to be "regenerated" by God, so that we can experience desires in line with his desires. Only in this Spiritually Alive state can we then read God's written Word and receive it as food for our Soul.

Please read the following scripture passages which speaks to all of this:
- Jesus speaks of being Born Again: John 3:3
- If not valuing God's Word: 1Cor.1:18-19
- Becoming Born Again: John3:16-17,Rom10:8-11
